Hydralyser provides technical consultancy services, efficiency audits, and specialized courses on consumption analysis, operational cost optimization, and predictive maintenance strategies for industrial fluid resource management systems. Services are provided according to the detailed descriptions available on our website.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information to access the services. Hydralyser reserves the right to modify or discontinue services in case of force majeure or breach of terms. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of access data.
Hydralyser cannot be held liable for indirect losses, damages, or delays caused by improper use of the services. Recommendations provided within audits and courses are based on technical analyses but do not guarantee specific results. The total liability of Hydralyser is limited to the value of the purchased services.
Hydralyser may suspend or terminate the user's access to services in case of breach of terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior. The user may withdraw at any time by written notice to the contact address. In case of termination, payment obligations remain valid for services already rendered.
Hydralyser reserves the right to update these terms. Users will be notified 30 days in advance via email or site announcement. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the new conditions.
Service prices are clearly displayed on the site. Payments are made in advance, and returns are only possible in case of non-fulfillment of services according to the contract. For courses, cancellation at least 7 days in advance entitles you to a full refund. Returns are not accepted after delivery of digital materials.
